Kuwi storage test

This checks local saving before we build the finance app. Use test entries only. The account starts with ₱1,000.00.

Failed and interrupted writes should leave the balance and saved entries unchanged.

All files are shown. Choose your kuwi-PROTOTYPE-backup.sqlite3 file. Only a valid prototype backup can be restored.

iPhone checks
  1. Open this test over HTTPS in Safari. Wait for “Offline ready”.
  2. Add one expense. The balance should be ₱975.00.
  3. Use Share, then Add to Home Screen. Open the installed test.
  4. Check its balance. Record whether Safari and the Home Screen app share the same test data.
  5. In the installed test, add an expense. Turn on Airplane Mode, close the app, and reopen it. Check the balance and add another expense.
  6. Try each failure button. Confirm that no partial expense remains.
  7. Export a backup to Files, reset scratch entries, then restore the file.
  8. Open a second copy. It should report “Database busy” if both copies share the same storage partition.

Desktop automation does not verify Home Screen storage, iOS app termination, or storage eviction.
